Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized courier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
